Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Dibrain mobile application ("App") operated by Dibrain ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dibrain, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use Dibrain.

2. Description of Service

Dibrain is a personal content archive application that allows you to save, organize, and retrieve links, photos, and other content from the internet.

• Free plan: Up to 20 saved items.
• Pro plan: Unlimited saves, unlimited folders, photo uploads — $3.98/month.
• Demo mode: Up to 20 saves without an account, stored locally on your device only.

3. User Accounts

To use the full features of Dibrain, you may create an account using your email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you save in Dibrain (links, notes, photos). By saving content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You agree not to save content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Is used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App or our servers.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Dibrain Pro is a paid subscription service. Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dibrain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
